Ruby red (01)

The Starý Pivovar residential complex is located in the historic centre of the Královo Pole district in Brno, Czech Republic, near the Gothic-Baroque monastery with the Church of the Holy Trinity.
It is located behind the now carefully restored former monastery brewery and malt house from the 18th century.
The residential building is located along the western edge of the Baroque buildings, overlooking its own extensive park. It is a six-storey building with a seventh floor in the corner facing Kollárova Street. There are convenient parking spaces on the ground floor. The individual floors are equipped with comfortable, double-sided apartments, which are accessed via a shared gallery on the western façade of the building. The structure of the building is clearly marked by triangular cantilevers with balconies and terraces. The rich architectural form was chosen taking into account the sunlight exposure of individual flats and the context of historical Baroque buildings. The small, detailed façade has been enriched with our natural-coloured clinker brick slips.
