The University of Warmia and Mazury is implementing a project to build a new building to house students of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Social Sciences. Their new place is being built in Kortowo at the intersection of Warszawska Avenue and Dybowski Street. More than 12,500 sqm of space will be made available to students and employees. The façade of the building, finished with clinker tile cladding, refers in appearance to the historic architecture of Kortowo.
